(...) must accurately describe:

  • In relation to the site:

    • Site shape, size, dimensions and orientation.
    • Levels and contours of the site.
    • Natural features including trees and other significant vegetation, drainage lines, water courses, wetlands, ridgelines and hill tops.

# Objective

To design subdivisions that respond optimally to the opportunities and constraints of the site and the surrounding context.

# Summary

Better practice is awarded where the site and context plan includes and shows a minimum of 500m context surrounding the subject site. Where there are areas that have 10% or greater slope, a minimum of 500m surrounding context must also be shown.
