- Site shape, size, dimensions and orientation.
- Levels and contours of the site.
- Natural features including trees and other significant vegetation, drainage lines, water courses, wetlands, ridgelines and hill tops.

To design subdivisions that respond optimally to the opportunities and constraints of the site and the surrounding context.
# Summary
Better practice is awarded where the site and context plan includes and shows a minimum of 500m context surrounding the subject site. Where there are areas that have 10% or greater slope, a minimum of 500m surrounding context must also be shown.
