Better practice is awarded where the subdivision design demonstrates clear integration with the natural topography of the site, supported by evidence of specific measures undertaken to minimise and balance cut and fill.
For staged subdivisions, the Engineering Plan (Functional Layout Plan) must be provided for each relevant stage.
